Five Steps Those on the Shamanic Path Follow

Hetepu (Peace & Blessings) Family.
I have received some emails from family asking what are some basic things that we can to do.

Well, according to the maa aankh cosmogram, the human Ab soul is like the sun, which means by Divine design, it is natural for us to grow spiritually. In other words, what this means is that regardless of who you are, where you come from or what you believe, we all essentially want the same thing, which is to live a better life than our predecessors. However, in order for us to occur we must grow spiritually and our soul must evolve, which means we must have a spiritual death. A spiritual death occurs when we find ourselves in a crossroad situation and realize that our old ways of thinking, acting and behaving will not solve the dilemma we find ourselves in.  It is at this moment we must choose to either do what is easy and follow our habitual way of thinking, acting and behaving.  Or, choose to do what is right by learning new ways of acting, behaving and thinking. When we choose to do what is right over what is easy, we choose to follow the righteous path and this is when spiritual evolution occurs, hence the saying ‘the righteous will not die but will be reborn.’
Spiritual rebirth can occur in many ways and the road to enlightenment can take on many paths, because enlightenment consist of a change in consciousness from a selfish and egotistical being to that of an inclusive Divine being. The path presented here is referred to as the shamanic path.
The shamanic path is based upon the theory that since our Creator is Perfect in every way, we essentially are perfect also.  In fact, it can be said that we are actually gods and goddesses having a human experience but due to us living in the land of the living (TASETT).  We have acquired spiritual impurities like fear, inhibitions, egotism, selfishness, etc., that prevent us from living as the enlightened beings that our Perfect Creator created us to be. Consequently, every hardship, problem, obstacles, etc. is a Divine design to purify our Ab soul so that we can return back to our divine state of being.  Therefore, whenever we experience a physical obstacle such as an illness, an impoverished situation, accident, etc. that we find is physically impossible to solve.  It is an opportunity for us to develop spiritually by leaving this physical dimension and appealing to the spiritual realm, which is where our help comes from.
The following is a list of things that those on the shamanic path of spiritual enlightenment practice daily:

  1. Take Responsibility for Everything Wrong In Your Life. This does not mean that every problem that occurred in your life is your fault. Most of the problems that we have in our life are due to the influences that surrounded us during our childhood. Therefore, it is impossible to take blame for something someone else had done but when you refuse to take responsibility for the problems. It forces you to seek help from external sources instead of appealing to the spiritual realm within. By taking responsibility for everything wrong in your life, you force yourself to spiritually evolve.
  2. You Welcome Crossroad Situations. We live in a spiritually ignorant society that encourages us to avoid all problems at all costs. Consequently, a growing number of people lack tenacity, grit and power because they run from their problems. Spiritual strength like physical strength comes from exercising ones spiritual muscles. Therefore, those who are in crossroad situations do not run from them but embrace them by seeking out what is the righteous thing to do. Understanding that their decision to live righteous will yield a spiritual greater reward.
  3. Converse with Their Spirits Daily. When it is understood that this physical realm – TASETT – is limited and is full of illusions of wealth, power, peace, etc., like the mirages that appear in the desert. In other words, although the physical realm is important, it cannot give us eternal wealth, peace, power, happiness, health, etc. The solution to every problem we have exists in the spiritual realm or KAMTA. Therefore, those on shamanic path communicate with their ancestors and other spirits (via dreams, divination, trance, etc.) regularly because they have an interests in human affairs and can provide us with insight beyond our physical sight.
  4. Help Themselves by Helping Others. One of the benefits of embarking upon the shamanic path is that when you focus on helping others, you help yourself and vice versa. When you help someone to improve their life, it increases your personal ra (spiritual power). The more ra you acquire the more power you have to make changes in your life and perform magick or what the unenlightened refer to as miracles.
  5. Live in the Now. Those on the shamanic path of spiritual enlightenment know that every day brings on new challenges and new experiences. Therefore, there are things that were done yesterday, which may not be appropriate for today. Because we cannot change the past, those following this path are humble and eagerly apologize for the mistakes they have made. They recognize that destructive and negative habits they and anyone for that matter have committed, are the result of lack of self-knowledge. So, since they cannot change the past, they focus their attention on making changes in the present to ensure a better tomorrow.

Since enlightenment does not occur overnight and is a lifetime process, instead of focusing on enlightenment, those on the shamanic path focus instead on living, understanding that life itself is a spiritual process. Therefore, every day we implement these five steps in order to improve our life and improve the lives of others.
